Organizational Change Consultant
You have successfully engaged in large complex projects to ensure project changes are effective and will stay effective after the project is completed. You will be working with senior executives to ensure you have their input and support to drive organization change.
You will help execute and create a vision and sense of urgency for the change. This includes the ability to highlight the risks, threats, and opportunities for the enterprise. You will work with key stakeholders to understand, analyze and develop changes in process, organizational design and training.
